Charter Launch Event (12 August 2021)

This event will begin a call to action and commitment to reframe and reshape maths teaching and learning in Africa incorporating the values of Ubuntu as the foundational values system.

It is time to free ourselves from decades of low expectations and fixed mindsets to reclaim the core life values and to claim the impact of recent neuroscience affirmation ofgrowth mindset, to create greater value in the teaching and learning of mathematics as a fully integrated 21st Century Learning literacy and in so doing develop the competencies of creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and communication.
